Onboarding Process:
Schools, Universities, and Government Agencies
- Complete the Enrollment Request Form below. Please attach required documentation:

- Signed IRS Form W9
- Tax Exempt Certificate (if applicable) or IRS Tax ID Letter
- Your Portal Account and onboarding information will be provided within 1-3 business days.
- Follow email instructions to create your login and build a quote for your organization using the shopping cart. Proceed to checkout and select 'Purchase Order' to create your quote. Quotes are not confirmed until a signed purchase order or credit card payment are received.

- If your organization requires additional vendor documentation, please go to 'My Account' and select the quote you created. You can provide forms or verification process or form by using the Message Us feature at the bottom of the quote.
Nonprofit and For-Profit Organizations
- Complete the Enrollment Request Form below. Please attach required documentation:

- Signed IRS Form W9
- Tax Exempt Certificate (if applicable) or IRS Tax ID Letter
- You will be contacted by a Partnership Representative within 1-3 business days.

- We will send a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to discuss a development model for your organization and provided fundraising or grant support.
- Once an initial purchase and Instructor Certification is complete, we will complete a Provider Agreement and activate Portal Access.
Individuals
Equipment sales are not available to individuals or hobbyists at this time. Participants can order personal equipment through their team or local league. Replacement equipment can be purchased through our online Replacement Shop. Individuals interested in developing a Drone Soccer organization can follow instructions for 'Nonprofit and For-Profit Organizations'.
